Q: What language pairs do you usually translate?
A: We practically translate all languages, such as English (American, British) to

Q: How long will it take for translating a file?
A: One translator can work on 10 pages per day or 50 pages per week. We can also break several files into pieces so more translators can speedily work on them. On average, we can translate 300 pages weekly. More importantly, we beat deadlines under any circumstances.
Q: Why should I rely on your company for my project?
A: We are one of the top three translation companies in Korea and we have just opened our overseas branch in Makati City, Philippines. We handle more than 5,000 jobs yearly and our company is ISO 9001-certified to ensure that you receive superior quality service in all aspects.
Q: How reliable is your translation?
A: We take pride in our professional translators/interpreters, most of whom are certified. We understand that translating hundreds of pages of documents, using thousands of special terminology prior to a deadline and without error will take much more than professional translators/interpreters. That’s why we invest heavily on Research and Development. Our main concern is to delight you with quality output.
Q: What are your translation rates?
A: Our rates are based on two main classifications of translation: general and technical. General Translation (business letters, simple forms, non-technical articles, etc.) costs PHP 800.00 (USD 17.00) per page while Technical Translation (medical transcripts, legal manuals, etc.) is pegged at PHP 1,200 (USD 26.00) per page. We define a single page as containing 250-300 words without space. For your easy reference, please refer to our rates table for our matrix of translation rates.
Q: Who does the translation in your company?
A: We have a pool of about 1,000 international translators in specific fields to match specific projects. Each of them has impressive educational background and strong translation-related experiences in various fields. On top of this, we maintain an Internal Quality Assurance System to deliver top-notch translation.
Q: Which file type do you accept?
A: Generally, we accept MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, HTML, PDF, Photoshop, Illustrator, Pagemaker, InDesign, CAD format, Quark, Hangul, and Hoonmin word. But we accept other file types! As long as it runs on PC, we can edit it! In fact, we have in-house staff members that are readily available to work on various file types.
Q: How can I send files for translation?
A: We normally receive files through our email address: christine.i@lexcode.com. However, you may also fax your documents to us at +63 (02) 830-8489 or hand-carry them to our office. Our address is Suite 26, 18th Floor, Philamlife Tower, 8767 Paseo de Roxas Avenue, Makati City, Philippines. Our team will be very pleased to welcome you.
Q: How do I receive my translated files?
A: We deliver translated documents through email or courier. You may also opt to personally claim your files at our Makati office (Please see the address above).
Q: What is your preferred mode of payment?
A: We accept cash or check payments. We also accept electronic money transfer via PayPal and all major credit cards.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We usually ask for 50 percent of the total cost upon contract signing. Balance will be paid upon delivery of the translated files.
Q: What is the best time to do business with you?
A: Our office is open from Monday to Friday. Regular office hours is from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. But our management will assist you ANY TIME you need help or clarification on our services. Q: Do you accept rushed jobs?
A: Yes, we do. Depending on the bulk and complexity of your project, rush orders are subject to additional minimum costs that will be indicated in the quotation.

A: Yes. Our quotations are absolutely free of charge!
Q: How long will it take to get my free quotation?
A: As we value time so much, we want to help you make a wise decision fast. That is why we send you our free quotation not within a week but within the day of request!
